Betty Jane Candies ships FedEx Ground, 2nd Day or Overnight - all guaranteed delivery options. FedEx Ground shipping charges are more economical for packages mailed to commercial addresses rather than residential - an option Betty Jane Candies encourages its customers to consider. When shipping FedEx Ground, all packages mailed to commercial addresses are delivered Monday through Friday; packages mailed to residential addresses are delivered Tuesday through Saturday. For each address, postage and handling charges will be added to your order. Information regarding the day a package leaves Betty Jane Candies and the day the package arrives at its destination will be sent to the customer's e-mail address. The customer will also be able to track the package while it is en route. FedEx 2nd Day and Overnight are shipping options to warm areas of the country or if time is of the essence. Shipping charges are higher for these two services. For P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses, Betty Jane Candies ships USPS Priority Mail (3-5 days; not guaranteed).
To each address that an order is being shipped, postage and handling charges will be added to the cost of your order. Orders received by 11:00 am (CST) will be processed the same day. If your order is placed after 11:00 am (CST), please allow 24 hours for processing. You may also specify the shipping date, but Betty Jane Candies reserves the right to choose whether to ship over the weekend in order to ensure the most favorable condition of the parcel upon arrival.
