Shipping Terms

Orders placed Monday – Wednesday are generally shipped within one business day of your order being processed. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days during peak holiday seasons for your order to process.

Orders placed after 12:00 pm on Wednesday will generally be shipped on the following Monday.

We strongly encourage customers to choose expedited shipping to warmer states. We will ship ground at customer's own risk. *Please note regular ground shipping can take between 2 to 7 business days to arrive.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of placing the order with your order number. If possible, please save the product/packaging so pictures can be taken when filing a shipping claim. We will replace your order if your product arrives damaged or defective.
