SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
PLEASE NOTE: Due to circumstances regarding our shipping partners, packages may take longer in transit than in past years. This is unfortunately out of our control, we apologize for any delays!
Orders placed Monday – Wednesday are generally shipped within one business day of your order being processed. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days during peak holiday seasons for your order to process.
Orders placed after 12:00 pm on Wednesday will generally be shipped the following Monday.
We strongly encourage customers to choose expedited shipping to warmer states regardless of the time of year. We will give the option to ship ground to certain areas all year at the customers own risk. During warmer months however, ground shipping may not be an option anywhere as we want the customer's products to arrive safety.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of placing the order with your order number. If possible, please save the product/packaging so pictures can be taken when filing a shipping claim. We will replace your order if your product arrives damaged or defective
Due to our products being perishable food items, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. All sales are final. If we make a mistake we will gladly make it right in the form of product replacement or coupon code for future/replacement purchases. However, we cannot be responsible for customer mistakes in ordering wrong products etc.
IN STORE PICK UP ORDERS: We will contact you via EMAIL when your order is ready. Generally it will be within 24-48 hrs (M-F) but at peak seasons it may take longer. Please wait for your email confirmation, your order will not be ready until you are notified. Thanks!
